How to make Carrot Cake Cake Balls!

I absolutely love carrot cake!! Carrot cake with cream cheese icing is such a dream combo for me 🙌

All you need is:
1 carrot cake box mix (plus ingredients stated on the box)
150g cream cheese icing
250g white chocolate, melted
Optional orange food colouring
Make sure to let the cake cool fully in the tray before crumbling it up 🥰
